Return Policy

1. Returns

Returns without prior request and approval will not be accepted.
Unauthorized returns do not qualify for a refund.

To request a return, please email info@meilinjewelry.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return

  • A clear photo of the product (if defective or damaged)

  • Your full name and contact details


2. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
After this period, returns or exchanges are no longer possible.


3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • In the original packaging (including jewelry boxes, tags, or pouches)

Used or damaged items cannot be accepted.


4. Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings

  • Hair accessories

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry


5. Return Shipping

Return shipping is at your own cost and risk.
Meilin Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Lost, delayed, or misrouted parcels

  • Packages held by customs

All returns must include a valid tracking number shared via email.
Without tracking, we cannot confirm receipt and therefore cannot issue a refund.


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days to your original payment method.


7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 30 days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account.

  2. Contact your payment provider for updates.

  3. If unresolved, email info@meilinjewelry.com for assistance.


8. Exceptions

  • Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, we will send a replacement free of charge.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once processed, as our fulfillment system operates automatically.
